Our General Policy on Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our software tools and the immediate, irrevocable access provided upon purchase, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
Unlike physical goods, our digital products (Google Workspace application templates and scripts) cannot be returned once they have been delivered. This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property and prevent abuse. We encourage you to take advantage of our free demos and to ask any questions you may have before making a purchase to ensure the product is the right fit for your needs.
Exceptions: When a Refund May Be Considered
We stand behind the quality and functionality of our products. A refund will be considered only under the following specific circumstances:
Critical Technical Failure: If the product has a critical bug or defect that renders it non-functional and unusable as advertised.
Inability to Resolve the Issue: If our technical support team is unable to resolve the critical technical failure for you within a reasonable timeframe (typically 14 business days from when the issue is reported).
What does NOT qualify for a refund?
A refund will not be granted under the following circumstances:
You changed your mind after purchase.
You purchased the product by mistake.
You do not have the necessary technical skills or software environment to use the product (e.g., a valid Google Workspace account).
You expected a feature that was not advertised on the product page.
The product was purchased at a discounted price.
You can no longer use the product due to changes in the Google Workspace platform that are outside of our control.
How to Request Support or a Potential Refund
If you believe your product is suffering from a critical technical failure, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Send an email to kiran@kaydiemscriptlab.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please use the subject line: "Support Request - [Your Order Number]".
Provide Details: In your email, please include:
Your full name and the email address used for the purchase.
Your order number.
A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
Screenshots, error messages, or a short video demonstrating the problem. This is essential for our team to diagnose the issue.
Allow Us to Help: Our team will work with you to troubleshoot the problem. We ask for your cooperation in providing any additional information we may need to resolve the issue.
If we are unable to fix the critical defect within 14 business days, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
